How boat arrival works

Announce your arrival
Before entering, announce your arrival by radio on VHF channel 17 or by telephone — the marina staff will give you entry instructions if required.

Entering and mooring
Within the marina, vessels must not exceed a speed of 2 knots. Our marina attendants will meet you and take care of your berth and the safe mooring of your vessel — boats are usually moored stern-to the quay.

Check in at reception
Report your arrival without delay to the attendant service or reception, and provide reception with the valid vessel documents required to draw up the berthing contract. Please also register the stay for yourself, your crew and everyone aboard.

Departure
Report every departure immediately before setting sail, and before leaving please settle all services used in line with the current price list.

We'll meet you at the pier
As you come in, you'll be met by experienced attendants who will take care of your berth and the safe mooring of your vessel, and give you all the information you need both inside and beyond the marina.

Reception
Check-in, payment and information
Reception handles the welcome and check-in of guests and berth payments, processes nautical work orders, provides currency exchange and offers photocopying services. Through reception you can also arrange car and bike hire, and the staff will give you all the information you need about your stay in the marina and beyond.
