Marina Veruda Sailing Cup 10-11.04.2021
After many years of deliberation, we decided to organize a regatta at our marina. As this is by no means an easy job, we joined forces with the Uljanik Sailing Club of Pula and hope we have arrived at a formula for success.
After many years of deliberation, we decided to organize a regatta at our marina. As this is by no means an easy job, we joined forces with the Uljanik Sailing Club of Pula and hope we have arrived at a formula for success. Marina Veruda will provide free berths to all regatta participants from April 7 to 14, 2021, together with a large prize fund for those who place among the top three according to groups. For first place in a group, the award will be raising and lowering with a three-day stay on land, raising and lowering for second place, and a three-day stay on land for the third place. The grand champion of the regatta will be awarded temporary possession of the trophy. The W.S. Racing Rules of Sailing will be followed during the two-day regatta on Saturday and Sunday in the waters off the Marina Veruda. We eagerly look forward to the regatta and hope for a large number of participants.
The motto will be “Sail now, work later.”
